500g beef cut into strips
(preferably fillet of beef)
2 heaped tbsp Tex's Tropical Multi-Purpose Seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 large sweet red peppers, de-seeded and cut into chunks
2 medium sized onions, sliced
1 stalk eskellion or spring onion, chopped including green top
1 small piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and crushed
2 cloves garlic, peeled and
finely chopped
Oil for frying
