1 (1.5kg) whole chicken, cut into pieces
60g Tex's Bar-B-Q Seasoning
(more or less can be added to taste)
Preparation
Wash chicken and slightly pat dry.
Rub in Tex's Bar-B-Q Seasoning and leave to marinate for
2 hours. Barbeque, grill or bake (keep turning) until ready.
