5 slices firm fish or 5 small fish such as snapper, scaled & cleaned
1 large onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 stalks spring onions or eskellion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 pint fish stock or water
Oil for frying
60g Tex's Fish Seasoning
