Ingredients
1kg lamb chops 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp honey 3 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped 4 tbsp Tex's Tropical Multi-Purpose Seasoning 2 tbsp dark rum (optional)
Preparation
Wash and dry lamb chops. Rub in ingredients and leave to marinate for 1 hour overnight. Bake in preheated oven at 180?C/350?F/Gas Mark 4 until cooked.
