Ingredients

4 cho-chos (christophene) 1 cup breadcrumbs 2 tbsp Tex's Original Fried Chicken Coating 2 tbsp Tex's Exotic Curry Seasoning 1 tbsp butter or margarine 1 cup grated cheese 1 small onion, chopped finely A dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Cut cho-chos in half lengthwise and boil in water until cooked. Spoon the flesh from the cho-chos and leave the cho-cho skin whole. Crush the cho- cho flesh with a fork and mix well with remaining ingredients. Fill the cho-cho skin with mixture and bake in the oven or under a grill for a few minutes until golden brown on top. Serve hot.
