Preparation
Fry mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and peas for a few minutes in the cooking oil. At the same time, cook the noodles in 1/2 pint of boiling water for 4 minutes.
Using a large saucepan, boil the beansprouts in salted rapidly boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain. Add sliced chicken to the frying pan and stir well.
Next, add Tex's Family Chicken Seasoning to the chicken along with noodles, bean sprouts and soy sauce. Mix in well.
If desired, more Tex's Family Chicken Seasoning can be added to taste. Serve with white rice. |
