1 (1.5kg) whole chicken cut into 8 pieces. 2 cloves of garlic, grated or finely chopped. 2 tsp tomato ketchup or 1 tbsp honey. 60g Tex's Barbeque Jerk Seasoning


Method: Wash chicken and slightly pat dry. Combine garlic with tomato ketchup or honey and rub onto chicken. Next, rub in Tex's BarBeQue Jerk Seasoning. Leave to marinate for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge. Barbeque, grill or oven-bake, turning over until ready.
