4 (250g each) red snappers
3 tbsp butter
1 onion, sliced
1/2 of a small cucumber, sliced
4 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp Tex's Aunty Nell's Fish Seasoning
Clean and dry fish. Rub thoroughly with Tex's Aunty Nell's Fish Seasoning. Place in a baking dish. Spread butter on top of fish. Decorate with onions and cucumber, then sprinkle with lemon juice and vinegar. Cover and bake for approximately 30 minutes in a hot oven.
