Scotch Bonnet peppers

FACT:  Scotch Bonnet peppers is wicked!! Seriously hot! Hot! Hot! most flavourful and aromatic pepper available. The name is derived from its unusual appearance -   shaped like a Scotman's bonnet. To take some of the heat out - cut in half and soak for at least one hour in salted water.
